As an Airbnb traveler, I focused on a clean, comfortable space that guests enjoy, and recommend to others. The Chateau Midlothian Suite Retreat is limited to two adult guests with reservations. No other outside guests are permitted. All guests must have their identity verified through Airbnb with at least two reviews to make reservations. The space Custom built home on ten private acres with close access to restaurants, bars, parks, shopping, wineries, and golf courses. The guest suite features a full kitchen with tile flooring, premium appliances, kitchen bar and stools, cookware, utensils, glassware, Keurig coffee maker, quartz counter tops, convection oven, and range hood. An inviting bedroom with medium pillow top queen bed, night stand and lamps with built-in USB charger adapters, desk, dresser, and mirror with designated makeup lighting. The bathroom is very welcoming with tile flooring, reclaimed hard wood ceiling, and barn door entry. The entertainment/living area expresses cozy comfort with a rich fireplace, designer selected luxury furniture, LED recessed lighting, and decor that promotes a relaxing atmosphere. The dining area high top table and chairs are in perfect view of the wall mount smart-TV over the fireplace. Only Chateau Midlothian Retreat guests have access to the hot tub (Seasonal - December to May) on an evaluated deck overlooking acres of hardwood trees and nature. There is no washer and dryer in this suite. Please note the HVAC is controlled via WiFi. Temperature is maintained at 68 degrees In the summer and 70 during winter seasons. Guests can request adjustment via Airbnb messenger. The Chateau Midlothian Retreat is exactly what it sounds like. I have no doubt you will feel the same. Enjoy and cheers!
