The space Enjoy this private townhouse, including a fully functional kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and 1 full bath with a tub/shower combo. All beds and pillows have protective coverings for cleanliness and sanitation. The main floor boasts a formal dining table, a fold out futon couch, a television with streaming channels, and Wifi. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig single with K-cups, toaster, microwave, cookware, and cooking necessities. There is a private, partially-fenced backyard with a deck to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wine. With smart locks, feel free to check-in and out at your convenience. There is free off-street parking on premises for 2-3 cars. All bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the second floor. Due to this being a historic home, the stairs can be considered steep and narrow. This may not be a right fit for those with mobility issues. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note Sorry, but we are a pet free home. The futon couch can fit 1 adult or two children. We do not recommend booking for 6 adults.
