Downstairs bedroom has a plush queen bed and 2 twin beds, overlooks the south ridge base area. Private access from your condo , step out onto sundance trail. Upstairs has a fully remodeled kitchen stocked with everything you'll need to make a great breakfast before walking out in ski boots for first trax. Living room furniture is overstuffed and cozy. Short walk down inner hallway to the indoor heated pool, hot tub and 2 saunas. Also a nice big common room with fireplace, games and tv's - extra hang out spot for the teens. Linens and housekeeping included in the rate. Condo has wifi but it's not guaranteed so please plan accordingly. Guest access Park around back closest to slopes and enter your private door with code we will text you morning of arrival. Watch the groomers at night form your living room and kiddos in ski lessons during the day. 1 parking spot per unit, please swing down to security desk , ground floor near pool entrance and fill out a pass form anytime of day or night you arrive. Other things to note By reserving this condo with us you agree to all rules and regulations set by the BOD. Family friendly / non smoking complex so please be respectful to your neighbors. STRICT quiet hours begin at 10pm. No dogs allowed for guests - sorry.
