It is a charming 1950s era home with terazzo floors throughout. The inside features a large eat-in kitchen island. There is a covered carport space for one vehicle. There is an Osprey nest at the top of the tall pine in the backyard. Ospreys regularly stand on the pilings of the dock and eat their fresh catch. Pelicans and cormorants also swim the canal looking for fish. The tree provides great afternoon shade for sitting on the dock. There is one full bathroom, including tub/shower.
