The space LIABILITY: The guest is expected to use safety precautions while in and around the property, including hiking along the stream and rocky terrain. This unit is privately owned, and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables by the guests. By accepting this reservation, the guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, and anyone they invite to the premises, and hold harmless the owners and managers of the unit. Please note, that upon reservation, a valid ID is required. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service issues a direct imminent blizzard or Nor’easter warning. In such cases, we will issue any unused portion of rent due to early departure; or any collected rents or deposit for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the warning period. Trip cancellation insurance would be advisable during the winter months. Trail rides run from when the ice melts and the ground is safe, into the fall, until the weather no longer permits.
