Located within walking distance to downtown Guerneville and the Russian River. The bedroom includes a king size bed, the office has an adjustable desk, monitor. There is fast wifi throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and gas stove. The office can be a second bedroom with a built in twin and sofa bed. The space I've worked at startups since the first internet boom and the space reflects that history. There is working asteroids machine and some other touches to try and recreate the feel of startup life. Guest access There is parking for one car. The river is about 8 minutes walking and downtown Guerneville is about fifteen minutes walking. Note. We live on a hill that is steep in parts. Other things to note Note: Sonoma County does not allow duplexes to be used for short term rentals. We have a 31 day minimum stay that we cannot change. The bright spot is that the 12% Transient Occupancy Tax does not apply which makes this unit competitve with two and three week stays on the same street.
