Lots of shopping stores around, everything no longer then 15min drive also lots of food spots especially the famous Chick-fil-A which is 5mins from the house plus much much more to choose from. Other things to note NO PARTIES are allowed on the property. Please 🟢DO NOT eat or drink in the living room area or bedroom areas. 🟢NO SMOKING allowed inside the house ( OUTSIDE ONLY ). Thank you ! Absolutely No PETS ." Please keep the property in the condition that it was found, there should be no trash left anywhere around either inside or outside of the property. Please remove anything that needs to be thrown away; including bags, boxes from the bedroom and perishables from the refrigerator. Please during your stay if the trash can is full, trash must be dumped in the main garbage located in the BACKYARD and only put recycle items in the recycle bin if available which also located in the BACKYARD as well. If you DAMAGE the home, you will be held responsible for the repair charges. Plumbing: 🔴DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you will be responsible for the plumbing charges. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
