Other things to note ⇨ This is a multi-unit building, please be respectful of other guests/tenants and keep noise to a minimum (quiet hours are between 10pm-8am) ⇨ Extra guest fees will be charged if additional guests are brought in (Apartment limited to 2 guests max) ⇨ No parties ⇨ No Smoking on Property (includes balcony & outside all the way to the street, no exceptions, if smoke is smelled guest will be charged accordingly) ⇨ Apartment access requires going down one set of stairs ⇨ Laundry is available through a door that locks from the apartment side and is $1 (quarters) per load (detergent pods provided in unit), it is also shared with other guests in the building and is first come first serve ⇨ There is no cable TV but we do provide a smart TV to sign into your favorite streaming services as well as a long HDMI cable ⇨ An early check in or late check out may be optional for additional fee and due to booking availability. ⇨ Please be sure to review all house rules when booking! ~~~ Thank you so much for your understanding! ~~~
