The apartment is fully-equipped and is designed specially for couples, solo travelers and remote workers. We put extra attention to high speed internet + desk and a nicely equipped kitchen. Concierge services available! The space -The bedroom has a comfortable bed, desk and closet. -The bathroom has shower (nice rain shower head) + toilet. -The kitchen is fully equipped. Oven, stove, fridge-freezer, coffeemaker, blender etc. you have it all. The entrance starts at a nice outdoor and roofed salon. A very comfortable place. The property is totally fenced and safe. Guest access The apartment is within a property with other apartments. You have access to the front gate and your apartment. Other things to note Important is to know that your vehicle should be parked in the street right at the property. Being on a dead-end road, this is a safe place. Of course do not leave any valuables in the car. We are not responsible for any damage or theft. Please note that Santa Teresa is a beach town surrounded by jungle, where the influence of nature and seasons are prominent. Occasional power, internet, and (cold/hot) water outages are infrequent but considered typical for the entire town. Similarly, encountering insects and animals is unavoidable.
