Brick Carriage House steps to Kingston Waterfront.
This 1850s brick carriage house was completely gutted, redesigned, and rebuilt brick by brick in 2017. Decorated by a vintage art and furniture dealer (check out Peak Stuff on Instagram) with a killer eye and a love for unique vintage finds, this place is truly one of a kind :) The space There’s a balcony & back patio with grill and we’re around the corner from shops, restaurants and marina. Guest access You will have the entire carriage house including a 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment on floors 2 & 3 and a 1-bedroom apartment with is own living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the ground floor. We usually rent the apartments separately but if you rent the entire building we will open an interior door, so you can easily access both units. Other things to note Please park on West Union or on Post Street between Hunter and West Union. (Our neighbors are protective of "their" parking spots on Post Street across from the entrance to the building.) Also we have changed some furniture. The sofa, for example, is a different color and we’ve swapped out the chairs at the dining table. The look and feel is the same if not better. We’ve not yet been able to take new photos.
