Dolan Springs also has a post office, hardware store, auto tire shop, and a souvenir shop. We welcome you to come and relax, watch the sun set or rise, star gazing at night, take a dip in the pool, cookout on the BBQ, build a fire, and/or play vintage arcade game in the John Wayne Room! Guest access All common spaces: kitchen, dining room, living room, John Wayne Room, front porch and entry, laundry room, outdoor dining areas, pool, and the room that they reserved. During your stay Host lives on site and her name is Kim. She will greet guests, provide a brief tour of home, answer any questions, and although she doesn't live in the main house, she is on site and available 24 hours a day for your convenience and to ensure your stay is everything it needs to be. Other things to note Our gate is always open, but please close after entering. For long term guests, there are basics provided but when that supply is gone you will need to get your own soap, toiletries, and paper products. The cleaning fee is for when you leave and therefore, you are expected to keep your area clean and if you use the other areas of the house, you are responsible for cleaning it up.
