The space Our villa has its own private garden and private pool. Our villa is within 8 km to the center of Fethiye and 3.5 km to Ölüdeniz beach. Living room: The modernly designed living room has a stylish and comfortable seating group, dining table and chairs, TV, satellite receiver, wifi for internet access, air conditioning. There is a direct exit from the living room to the poolside. Kitchen : Modern American kitchen has fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, built-in stove, electric kettle, dining set, tea kettle, cutlery, pans, pots, glasses in the modern American kitchen. Bedrooms: Our villa has an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. 1. Bedroom : 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom/WC. Bedroom 2: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom/WC. Bedroom 3: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom/WC. Pool : There is a private pool in the private garden with a jacuzzi feature and its dimensions are 7mx3,80m and the depth is 1.50 m. There is a shower by the pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Garden : There is a private swimming pool and there is a sun terrace by the pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, barbecue, table and chairs. Internet : Our villa has Wi-Fi for internet access. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions due to service providers and excessive user load due to seasonal intensity. Our service : Our villa is cleanly delivered to our guests. A security deposit of 160 USD is taken at check-in to the villa, it is refunded if there is no damage after checking at checkout Other things to note Damage Deposit : For possible damages to the villa and its items during the rental period, a temporary deposit amount of 160 USD is charged at the beginning of the reservation. In the check to be made before leaving the house, if there is no damage, deficiency, damage, loss, etc. of the fixtures and belongings of the house delivered intact, the deposit will be returned.
