A cozy house in Bornova. The location is unbeatable. Located in one of the most famous neighborhoods in İzmir, Küçükpark. Very close to all markets, pubs, restaurants and bars. The Bornova metro station is in a few minutes walk. Also there are bus stations and taxi station. There are two universities nearby: Ege university (5 minutes by walk) and Yaşar University (5 minutes by metro 10 mins by walk) ( just room rent no whole flat!) The space I’m renting one private room and I’m staying in the second one. Your private room has a double bed, a heater and a fan. There is a large common living room with an air conditioner. The flat is fully furnished. There is a small fridge and an oven in the kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom. 50MB/sec wifi connection and combi heating system.
