To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to read and follow the below guidelines. - Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an additional cost. - All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins. - Smoking is not allowed. - Pets are not allowed. - Property is entitled to the right to hold a pre-authorized security deposit and this can be paid on-site or in advance. - In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable. - As per the regulations set by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests are required to pay a Tourism Dirham fee of 10 AED per night per bedroom which is not included in the the total price of your booking and can be paid separately in advance or upon arrival. - Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate.
