Cottage Cove is our family vacation home, we welcome respectful families, couples & mature adults to enjoy as their own vacation home. NOT a party house. The space Cottage Cove is a spacious, well appointed end unit. There is a large deck area with private wooded views and a side yard to play yard games. It offers two master bedrooms, one with a fireplace, the other with a sliding glass door out to a deck with a beautiful wooded view. Five bedrooms total: Two masters and 3 additional bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and beds to sleep 12 people comfortably! When you are not dining out at the amazing local hot spots, we offer a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table to seat eight and two counter bar stools. We also have plenty of outdoor seating for dining on the back decks. Charcoal grills located space near front of condo, additional charcoal grills at beach and gas grills near outdoor pool. Our condo offers two new flat screen TV's one in the main living area and one in an upstairs bedroom with couch. The upstairs TV also has Wii. There is so much to do and see while visiting the Harbor Springs area that we find watching television is not a priority. Condo equipped with WiFi. Condo has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living area. No central a/c. There are three portable air conditioning units located in one master, one in the 2 twin bed room, and the third in upstairs queen room with tv. We also have many stand fans to use as needed. Guest access Guests of Cottage Cove at Harbor Cove, will receive guest passes to utilize the amazing amenities offered by Harbor Cove Community. The Harbor Cove private beach is one of the most spectacular in the area, complete with amazing swimming access, private community beach house, picnic tables, bathrooms. Other wonderful amenities include outdoor pool (during summer season,****Please note construction of our new amazing indoor pool, hot tub and community center coming Spring 2024, play ground, tennis courts, hiking trails, beach campfire area and more. The perfect family or group getaway! Other things to note Linens and Bath Towels provided for use during stay, guests to provide their own beach/pool towels. Traditional coffee pot maker. Charcoal grills by condo unit and beach, gas grills by club house. Cottage Cove is our family vacation condo, it is suitable for families, couples, and respectful mature adults. *** This is NOT a party condo.*** Condo has three small air conditioning units, one in master, one in twin bed (2) room and one in the queen room with tv upstairs. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and there is an amazing cross breeze through front screen door though back patio doors. We can not guarantee any community amenities and general ground areas. On rare occasions they may close for maintenance, repairs or health department.
