This space is a part of our home but you will have private access which includes bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The surroundings are inviting with a cool fresh breeze that blows through your windows 24/7. We want to welcome you here! ☺️ The space Nestled in our modern styled home you will instantly get an island feel, both inside and out. We've created a beautiful and relaxing space, while keeping a unique "island vibe". The fresh cool breezes will make it comfortable for any guest. This should make up for not having an air conditioner. We also provide a standing fan. You will be greeted by a large lawn area with palm trees all around and a calming pond located at the entrance displaying fashionable kois. After a long day out and about, come to your home away from home to relax, chill and vibe. There is ample free parking on the lawn and a short five step stairway up to the entrance. (see entrance photo) Guest have access to the private space described as well as the lawn, pond and patio area. It's a mini "apartment", so guest have private access to the entire space which has a bedroom (11 ftX12 ft)with: -full sized bed -large closet -iron and ironing board -PC desk & chair -landline (all local calls are FREE) -FREE Wi-Fi -32' SMART tv -FREE access to over 500 channels from around the world -FREE endless selection of movies and series at your finger tips. You will also have access to your own private bathroom (4.5 ftX9 ft) and kitchenette (5.5 ftX6.5 ft). The bathroom has hand, bath & beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner. The newly built kitchenette is equipped with all the amenities your heart desires. Mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, two burner cook top, coffee maker, sink, requisite pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishware & basic condiments. There is also security cameras around the property & a home security alarm system. If it is any consolation, most of my neighbors are retired and remain vigilant of the surroundings during the day. Please be considerate and follow the guidelines for upkeeping the cleanliness of the space. Place garbage in the bins provided. Maintain cleanliness of the area and good care of the furnishings. Do not take furniture outside. Wash sandy feet off before entering. Smoking allowed outside only. As this is our home, we encourage guests not to invite unregistered guests on the property. Other things to note Please note there is no air conditioning however the space is situated on the wind side and is very breezy. There is a fan in the room in case you need it.
