When you enter the condo, you will see a hallway that leads to the bedroom, kitchen, and living room. To the right is a sink with a large mirror, and behind it is the bathroom. It features a king-size bed, two pieces of furniture on one side of the bed, a headboard, and a 55-inch LG TV with standard cable service. Two Samsung desks, headboard, 32-inch tilt table, and ceiling fan are provided (this room has partial ocean views). From there follows the kitchen with a very efficient refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a bar with two benches. I have a Samsung screen, it is very comfortable to sleep on. Finally, there is a balcony with sea views and 2 iron chairs and an armchair where you can relax with views. There is no access to the restaurant, but you can use the restaurant for $85 per person per day. The apartment is located right on the beach, and in just a few steps you can enjoy the sand, sun and sea. The beach where the condo is located is very popular in Puerto Vallarta, it is very quiet, clean and the weather is pleasant, so you can rest on lounge chairs (subject to availability).
