Strategically located, the house is close to parks, local restaurants, and the Plaza San Diego mall where you will find shops, restaurants, ATMs a Sam's Club and a Supermarket. You’ll love our place because of the really comfy bed, the coziness, the high ceilings, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and cats and small dogs are welcome for a small fee. Accommodation for additional person is available for an extra fee. The space It is a two stories townhouse located within a gated community. The first floor has a double-height living room, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and a six-person dining table. Up the stairs, you'll find to your right the first bedroom where you will stay, with a queen-size bed, a big closet, access to a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage panel. There is a half bathroom and the washing area in the hall that leads you to a terrace. Next, you'll find the second floor with 2nd and 3rd bedroom (private), and the access to the main terrace through a glass door and an industrial catwalk staircase that leads to the roof-garden where you can relax while watching the sun setting behind the Popocatepétl, and the Pyramid, to enjoy cocktails or a beer. At the same time, you can grill with your friends and family enjoying a 360 view. Guest access The gated community (Fraccionamiento) is a strip of 12 townhouses. There is a guard at the entrance and you have access to a small car spot in the garage. During your stay We're a gay couple that works from home. We have our own offices and there will be plenty privacy. Other things to note The roof garden has a 360° view of the city, the Popocatépetl, the Pyramid and the Iztaccíhuatl, with the most magical sunrises and sunsets.
