Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. If you enjoy saltwater fishing this is the place for you but we also have plenty of other community activities available during the Winter Texan season. There is a private boat landing and lighted fishing piers. We are 22 miles from the Gulf of Mexico by boat and 34 miles from South Padre Island. This property has four separate bedrooms and accommodates eight adults. We do not allow gatherings and fishing for unregistered guests. The space This apartment is located on the second floor of the clubhouse. Guest access In addition to the Airbnb, you will have access to the lanai (huge riverfront screened patio), deck, fishing piers and laundry room. The pool hall (river front level) is strictly 21 and over, in accordance with Texas state law. There are two community rooms marked "residents only". These are for our senior residents and not part of the Airbnb. Other things to note We have two community rooms that are for the senior residents only but there are plenty of other community areas for you to enjoy. Only registered Airbnb guests are permitted to use the fishing piers.
