The spacious, light and bright Villa Nica is built all on one level, and the many windows and doors flood the indoors with light, giving an airy feel. A seamless indoor-outdoor space is provided by the extensive poolside terrace leading directly off the villa. The garden and extensive outdoor space includes a well equipped outdoor kitchen and Bbq, seating areas with shade and provides a choice of perfect spots for dining, socialising, snoozing or sun-worshipping. Three sleek bedrooms all overlook the garden and open onto the terrace. There is a choice of 2 double rooms, one with an additional single bed, both with en-suite bathrooms, and the third is a spacious twin room which is served by a further private bathroom. The bright and comfortable living-dining-kitchen areas flow from one another, and again make the most of their direct access to the outdoor terrace. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, dining table for 6, and features a satellite Tv (limited channels/news only). The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven & hob, fridge freezer and is fully equipped. Air conditioning and internet Wi-Fi are available throughout the house. Within easy walking distance of San Lorenzo’s beach, Villa Nica is also halfway between the Vendicari nature reserve and the fishing village of Marzamemi. The location is ideal for exploring the south-east of Sicily, from Noto to Syracus and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, to Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.
