Please note that the water levels in the pictures reflect current levels due to repairs on the Lake McQueeney dam. Nestled on the tranquil Lake McQueeney-Guadalupe River water system, this retreat offers over 3500 sq ft of space, providing ample room for relaxation. Unwind in the spacious living room, soak up the sun in the sunroom, or let the kids have a blast in the dedicated bunk area, complete with a ping pong table. The fully stocked kitchen and full-size washer and dryer ensure convenience throughout your stay. Take in breathtaking sunsets and enjoy stunning views of the Guadalupe River from the back deck and upper master bedroom balcony. Roast s'mores around the fire pit and indulge in fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding on the river. The area is renowned for its excellent fishing, with Bass, blue cats, yellow cats, and channel cats. Please note that the water levels shown in the pictures reflect the current levels due to repairs on Lake McQueeney Dam. The water in front of the dock ranges from 3 to over 10ft, providing the perfect setting for floating, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. Easy access to the water is ensured with wide steps leading down to the river bed and a small dock for launching kayaks paddle boards and water toys. The water level remains consistent only fluctuating a few inches thanks to the constant feed from the Canyon Lake Reservoir. We kindly request that you take note of the weight restrictions for the bunk beds in the designated bunk room, as they are not suitable for adults or individuals weighing over 175 pounds. It's important to mention that our home is multi-level and may pose challenges for individuals with difficulty navigating stairs. However, we do offer a bedroom on the main floor that requires no steps for access. Please be aware that our rates are based on the number of guests, and any additional guests beyond 8 may result in a change in pricing. Furthermore, we have a $500 pet fee, and we only permit a maximum of 2 pets weighing under 50 pounds each.
