The area is wonderful for walking, bicycling, fishing, beach bonfires (in season), and relaxation. We are less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Ormond Beach with grocery stores, cafes, coffee shops, and shopping. The house itself is cozy enough for a couple or spacious enough for a family. We try to live by the golden rule: "Treat others how you would like to be treated," so every mattress is encased with a zippered protector as are pillows. The pool, hot tub, and landscaping are maintained on a weekly basis. We provide clean, white sheets and towels, as well as tiny toiletries for your convenience. We want your stay to be refreshing and relaxing! There is a beautiful set of spiral stairs for the internal stairs, and all stairs (both internal and external) have safety treads on them. The fully stocked kitchen is updated with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is both a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need including a food processor, blender, and toaster. If we don't have it, please ask! Come to our beach house and be our guest. We would love to host you! -Bedrooms are spacious and with plenty of storage space in the closets (2 walk-in closets) and dressers for convenience during your stay. Master bedroom has a large king bed and private bathroom. -Sizable living rooms both upstairs and downstairs. -Pool has colored light and a fountain that can be turned on/off. It can also be heated upon request for an additional fee. If desired, we will have the heat on before you arrive. -Large NEW hot tub! It has jets you can turn on/off, personalized for each seat, and lights for at night. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist locations within a short driving distance. Our house manual offers suggested day trips, restaurants, and stores and cafes. Inquire today before your preferred dates are booked! Guest access You will have access to all areas of the house. The Garage contains all you will need to visit the beach - chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boggie boards, etc. Other things to note There is a $5/day pet fee if you are bringing a dog. (The pet fee that is set as $150 is for the 30 day minimum. If you are staying for more than 30 days, we will send you an updated quote.) The pool can be heated for an additional $400/month. **Please do note, however, that in the middle of winter, the pool heater is unable to keep the pool at a constant warm temperature since there is no pool cover.
