💎 Nestled in a quiet neighborhood 1 block from Battle Creek Park. Super clean & cozy! 💎 Battle Creek Regional Park consists of 1,840 acres of natural area located just outside a highly developed urban environment. Extensive areas of woods, wetlands, and grassland attract many species of wildlife. The space 💎 We provide guests with the best sleeping experience, all 9 beds lay on canopy bed frames curated with beautiful canopy curtains. All mattresses and bedding is brand new :) 💎 There are 2 - 65" Smart Tvs in the house, 1 in the main living room and the 2nd one in the basement living room. We provide guests with complimentary access to Netflix and Disney along with many other free content like YouTube, Pluto Tv and more! 💎 Our rental sleeps a max of 16 guests - Their is a total of 6 bedrooms and 9 beds Below are sleeping arrangements: Main level -- 1st bedroom - 1 King bed Upper level-- 4 bedrooms - 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 Full/Queen beds, 2 Twin beds Lower Level -- 6th bedroom, 1 Full bed 💎 2 of the bedrooms have work desk Guest access 🌿 Guests have access to the entire house, yard and driveway. 🌿 Our rental sits on over quarter of an acre and there are no shared spaces :) Other things to note 🏙✈You will be a 7 minute drive to downtown St Paul and 15-20 minutes from the Mall of America - St Paul/Minneapolis Airport 🎱 Game room /garage space does does not have central AC/Heat but we do provide fans and space heaters 🚘 4 vehicles max, 2 normal size vehicles can fit comfortably in the driveway and 4 is a snug fit, we highly encourage car pooling if you have a larger group 📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood 🧻We start guests off with a generous amount of essentials, we do not restock after our starter items (toiletries, etc) have run out. We ask for you to only use what you need during your stay at our rental 🌷🌸 We have small air freshener containers in some areas of the house to neutral the house between groups. Guests are welcome to set them to the side during their visit if undesired. Please note if sensitive to scents. House Rules: 🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up 🏡 Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM 🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required 🌞❄️ Garage does not have heating or AC. ☺ We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.
