The entry consists of the open concept living room, kitchen, dining area with new Large sleeper sofa and love seat sleep 2 guests in sleeper sofa, the master bedroom has a new King size bed and private bathroom with shower hall bedroom has a full bed and the front bedroom also has a king size bed. There is also a hall bath with a full bathtub shower. The Game room with a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 features foozball coffee table, board games, card games, tv, dartboard, tic tac toe, connect 4, pacman arcade and full laundry room. Epic private covered patio in the backyard to hang out and relax in the evenings and mornings with a cup of cofee. ITEMS WE PROVIDE: Initial supply of Trash bags 1 roll of paper towels 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay Dishwasher fluid & dish soap Large shampoo/conditioner and body wash pumps to use during your stay. Please leave them for next guests. Enough laundry detergent to wash 1-3 loads. These are extras provided to you. If you run out or forget something, anything and everything is available at local stores close by. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Check-in is ‪at ‬3:00 pm. Check-out is ‪at 11:00 a.m.‬ Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, housekeepers are on tight schedules. Please honor the check-out time.‬‬ Early check-ins and late check-outs are only available if another guest is not checking in or out of the property on the same day. PARKING: We can accommodate 2 vehicles in the driveway, depending on size. Please be respectful to neighbors. No parking on private property or others driveways. SECURITY DEPOSIT: We want to inform you that a $500 security deposit is required for your reservation. Please be advised that this deposit is fully refundable upon your departure only if the house is left in the same condition as it was provided.
