Please note...we are not responsible for any injuries or harm that occurs during your stay. 2. The use of air mattresses is prohibited because they will scratch our hardwood floors. Failure to comply will result in a loss of your security deposit. 3. The occupancy limit is 12. Please don't have more than 12 people staying at the house (unless special permission is granted).
