Our house is nestled in a quite street in Sawtell. Within walking distance to Sawtells main St which boasts an array of restaurants, boutique shops, majestic cinema and beautiful beaches. Our house is freshly painted and features the original kitchen and bathroom it's feel is clean and fresh. The main bedroom has a queen bed with soft 1000 count sheets. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top. With a spacious living and dining area this cottage also has a great undercover entertaining area overlooking a large backyard. Off the street parking is available with access to front and back of the house.
