Our place is secluded and along a private road - but shopping restaurants and highway for commute are only 10 minutes away. Only 1/2 hour -45 minutes to Downtown Ann Arbor and University of Michigan. Our Private Lake (no public launch) is GREAT for fishing, swimming, kayak and canoeing. Birds and wildlife abound. Peace and quiet given and expected! Available all year round - in the winter there is skiing nearby - either cross country or downhill. Four bedroom and 4 full baths, fireplace, open floorplan with open kitchen/great room with vaulted ceiling, wrap-around deck and wrap around patio off walk-out finished basement. Fully furnished and well-appointed kitchen. Laundry room, game room stocked with card and board games, bookshelves full of books, 2 TVs with DVD players and large movie collection (no cable TV and NO INTERNET service unless you bring your own hotspot via cell phone.) We also have a firepit with sit-upon logs for roasting marshmallows or weenies.. We have a shore area, 2 rowboats, a 4-person paddleboat, and a 2-person kayak for exploring the private 82-acre lake.
