The front and back bedrooms have queen sized beds. The middle bedroom has twin bunk beds. Washer and Dryer are also located upstairs. The bedrooms are cozy. TV connected to Roku. Families will enjoy discovering the treehouse, picking blackberries in the backyard, and strolling to the neighborhood playgrounds and ball field. We are happy to help accommodate young children with high chair, crib, books and games. Eco-Friendly: Solar panels on the roof provide power and even heat the home using individually zoned European baseboard heaters. Mattresses are organic/non-toxic. Front mattresses is a Saatva, back bedroom mattress is a European Sleepworks Natural Latex mattress. ***NEW: water is now treated with an aeration tank to improve the experience.*** Our home has well water, which is clean, pure water that is sourced from a deep water table. It is safe to consume. Because it is rich in mineral content, there is a sulfurous odor that is noticeable. We provide filtered drinking water for palatability. Guest access This is a single family home, and is the only dwelling on the property, so it is exclusively yours to enjoy. Other things to note * The closest gas stations are located in Petaluma, or Bodega Bay (15 miles). We recommend filling up your tank before your trip. * While the general store has basic staples, the selection of groceries is limited. We recommend grocery shopping on your way. * Morning coffee: we have a traditional coffee maker and a French Press.
