Come visit Happy Valley for a game and stay in a beautiful 3 BR/2.5 BA house only 7 miles away from the stadium. This house has a large fenced-in backyard, perfect for dogs, and a grill. The master bathroom has a master suite and the other two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a playroom full of toys for your little ones! After a fun day at the game, enjoy the picturesque sunset on the back deck. In the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee or a workout in the finished basement. The space Finished basement includes several pieces of workout equipment including a treadmill, rowing machine and various weights. The view of the sunset is absolutely gorgeous! Included is a basket of various local treats! 1-2 House trained dogs are allowed- please let me know if you will be bringing one! Other things to note No smoking allowed.
