You’ll love the tranquil, “country” setting. This house is great for families or friends who want to be together, as opposed to several hotel rooms. It is also good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, out-of-town wedding guests, etc. No traffic, dead-end road. The space Lots of outdoor dining/entertaining space. I have a full length deck with 3 sets of tables/chairs/umbrellas and a wicker settee, to enjoy the lake view & beautiful sunsets. The space below is a full-size patio w/gas grill, chiminea, and additional seating. Guest access Lakeshore for swimming, etc (at your own risk). Water level is below normal due to repairs being made on the dam. However, I live on the main channel so I have water year-round. The stationery dock is “dry” but you could pull a boat onto the shore. Other things to note No parties!
