Only 30 minutes drive on new HOV 95 to Washington DC, faster than from Fairfax! Ten minutes drive to: Quantico military base, Stonebridge shopping center with Alamo theater, many restaurants and Wegmans food store, Potomac Mills shopping paradise, Occoquan city historic district, Prince William Forest park and Locust shade park. 30-40 min drive on HOV (need EZ pass) to Washington, National Harbor, MGM casino, Alexandria historic city. There are buses also to DC and VRE, Amtrak train stations that serves DC - Fredericksburg express train line. The Jack Nicolson designed 18 holes golf public course, the Potomac Shores Golf Club, is 10 min drive. It is internationally known and enjoys visiting golfers from other countries. The absolutely gorgeous golf course with fantastic Potomac River water views, rolling hills and challenging holes. Greens look incredible even during winter and the clubhouse is amazing with the Tidewater Grill restaurant with delicious meals, brunches and fire pit. There is a walking street loop next to the house with neighbors walking mornings/evenings, and many hikes in the Leesylvania park neighboring the house. Leesylvania park has a small sand beach and lovely hikes along the Potomac river with beautiful sunrises and sunsets and plenty of gourgeous birds to watch including several bold eagles pairs, seagulls, geese and ducks. There are also very cute deer and fox. The Neabsco Creek Boardwalk is neighboring the community and also a lovely Hampton's Landing Marina. House description: flowing beautiful hardwoods carry you into this stunning home, this is one of the largest models in the neighborhood. The new kitchen features granite counters, all new appliances including a coffee maker, dishwasher, two new Samsung double door refrigerators, two LG conventional ovens and spacious cabinets, working space and pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and top quality cookware, Nespresso, Keurig and regular coffee makers, blender, microwave, foreman grill, crock pot and toaster. There is 300 Mbps FIOS wireless internet throughout the house. The large family room with a fireplace and a bar features 65" SONY UHD smart TV. The dining, office and living rooms are stunning! All rooms are very spacious, you must see the master suite with a sitting room and fireplace and soaking Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom and large walk-in closet. Three other large bedrooms and two baths and closets upstairs. All bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds, the master suite has king sized bed. Bed sheets, bath towels, soap and shampoo are provided. There is also an iron, ironing board, hairdryer. The house shares two other SONY UHD smart TVs in the family room and office. We do not provide the cable TV, you will need to log into your own selected streaming channels. There is an outside deck off the rear of the house with the outdoor furniture with the huge private beautifully landscaped backyard. Plenty of parking available in front of the house, in a large garage and on a driveway. The community features a tennis court and children playground. There is a crib, pack and play and high chair with toys and books for children. The house is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac street and is bordered by woods in the back yard. Beautiful furnished large basement with carpeted floors and comfy living room, two bedrooms, separate full bath with bathtub and walk out with windows. The living room has a large 55” SONY TV. There is a pack and play, baby gate and boost chair and games and books for little ones are available. Sand play toys and beach chairs are available for the Potomac sand beach in Leesylvania park.
