The cottage is surrounded by tall oak trees sitting on top of the War Eagle Bluffs with also a private deck for viewing sunsets and star gazing. The cottage offers access to a charming small town and also within an hours driving distance to Fayetteville, University of Arkansas, Eureka Springs, Crystal Bridges, and the Dickson Street entertainment district. The space The cottage boasts a spacious two story dwelling with a spacious full kitchen, your own 180 degree view from the dinning table, plenty of comfortable sitting in the living room that is open to the kitchen and dinning area. The cottage has one bedroom down stairs with an en-suite full bathroom and two twin beds. The upstairs has two bedrooms, both have twin beds, that shares a bathroom off the landing. Located on the landing at the top of the stairs is a washer and dryer. There is a swimming pool available at the hosts home up the drive from the cottage between the hours of two pm to six pm during which it will be yours alone.
