Welcome to the Hudson Valley, just an hour from Midtown! We’re situated a few minutes from Fahnestock State Park, scenic Cold Spring, and a revitalized Peekskill! While these and many more attractions are nearby, the peace and serenity of our house and property are a welcome change of pace from the city. The space Your apartment is at ground level and walks right out to our landscaped yard where you’re welcome to walk around, play, or just sit and chill. We have two friendly dogs who will likely bark until they’re allowed to run around with you. There is a further 25 acres that you can hike around, although there are currently no trails (you may need to be creative at times). From your bedroom and living room windows you’ll have views of the pond with Piano Mountain in the background. Guest access We’re about 20 minutes from either Peekskill or Croton-on-Harmon stations on Metro North, but you will need a car to get around up here. We have ample parking in the driveway and can show you where to park when you arrive. Your apartment has a private entrance. Other things to note We live with our furry friends, so you may occasionally hear two and four-footed scurrying overhead. This is a working farm, with areas for goats (seasonally), chickens, ducks, bees, and garden beds. You may see a chicken or duck walk by, and will likely hear a rooster crowing - sometimes frequently! We will be happy to show you around and introduce you to our growing menagerie. Level 2 EV charger is available for an additional $5/day.
