The space You will have the full basement of a single family home for you to use for your own enjoyment with your own private entrance. Guest access Enjoy our newly finished one bedroom and large common space basement with your own private entrance and outdoor sitting to enjoy the view. Feel free to use our outdoor deck if you’d like. On the front side of our property, we also have a fire pit for our guests to be more than welcome to use. Other things to note The space is not handicap accessible - You must be able to go up and down steps.
