This house boasts seven bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two kitchens, and two living rooms. Large covered deck with dining seats for 12 people. About 75 yards down a steep driveway to the water. You can walk or drive down. Private cove without the crashing waves of the main channel. Private boat ramp and 9 covered boat slips. Large swim platform on our dock. We have 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks to use free for our guests. We also have a large lilly pad provided. Lower Level -Bedroom 5 - 1 queen bed. -Bedroom 6 - 2 full beds, 1 Queen bed. -Bedroom 7 - 1 king bed. -1 full bathroom with shower only (no tub). -Full kitchen with cooktop but no oven. -Living room with smart TV. This is a mixed use property on 13 acres. It consists of 2 rental houses and a few RV sites. We are at the end of a cove so the water is very calm at our dock. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself. The only room that will be locked is the utility room that houses both furnaces and water heater. Other things to note All pets must be approved prior to booking. We allow non aggressive dogs that must be leashed outside at all times. One 30’ covered boat slip is included with each nights stay. We also have a private boat launch with free use for our guests.
