The space This condo sleeps 12 people. All bedrooms are enclosed with walls and a door (no lofted spaces). The basement has been remodeled to include an additional living room with a full wet bar, two mini fridges, and a fireplace. In addition, there is a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom in the basement. Televisions (flat screen, at least 50 inches) are located in all living rooms as well as all bedrooms. All televisions have Roku streaming capabilities offering Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Of course, the condo offers WiFi as well. Ski access: This condo is located about 35 yards from the Boyneland ski hill. There is a gradual slope up from the condo to the run. This requires that skis must be walked up the gradual slope to the run, at which point someone can ski down the same slope directly back to the condo door. This short distance from the run provides privacy, light, and sound protection for this unit. Also, the snowblower noise during the evening is reduced. You can ski down this run to access both the Boyneland lift and the main express lift. If you cross the driveway road, the new Disciples Ridge express lift can be also accessed within just a few hundred yards.
