When you stay here you are walking distance to St. Simons Island’s Pier Village which is home to dining, shopping, beach access, and more. Pickle ball, parks and playgrounds are .3 miles from your front door! You have Pool and laundry access and a full kitchen to whip up meals while you stay. The space The condo is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space located on the second floor of a quiet complex. A large sliding door across the front of the space lets in beautiful natural light and opens on to a balcony perfect for morning coffee or reading. There is a second balcony off of the west-facing side of the condo. Included is a bistro set to enjoy. The bright living room is complete with 52” inch tv with streaming services (Netflix, Disney+) available for use. There is a large dining room table for meals, working, or games, and the kitchen has a pass over bar. The easy to cook in kitchen is complete with full-sized oven, refrigerator and dishwasher and a four-burner stove. Fully equipped, comes with: • Keureg coffee maker with coffee pods • cutting boards • set of sharp knives • dinnerware for 4: dinner plates, salad plates, and bowls • plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils • glassware • wine glasses • basic condiments including olive oil, salt, pepper and spices • colander • serving dishes and utensils Bedroom one is complete with a double bed and en suite bathroom. Large closet and vanity with mirror in the bedroom. A large window overlooks the green space in the middle of the complex. We just refreshed this bedroom with a new comforter, sheets, pillows and towels. Bedroom two has a king bed, large closet, a dresser, and a bathroom right outside the door. The doors are configured so that a third outer door can close so bedroom 2 has a private bathroom. A large window in this bedroom creates an openness, while the 2nd floor location keeps the space private. new comforter, sheets, pillows and towels in this bedroom as well. There is a barbecue grill by the pool area that you may use (charcoal stored in hall closet) for having dinners at home in good company. The pool is sunny, but has shade in the afternoon. Perfect for swimming or reading by the pool. Laundry is a few steps away from the front door. There are plenty of machines in a very secure and quiet laundry room. We have supplied quarters for the first few cycles of laundry. Guest access Reserved parking for 1 car is directly in front of the condo, and visitor parking is available for a 2nd vehicle.
