There is no lake access at the cottage, private dock is available at our home a few doors down. Wintertime: 4 miles to ski & snowboard Boyne Mtn, Avalanche indoor waterpark too! 9.6 miles to Jordan Valley snowmobile parking. Cross country ski and snowshoe options are many, visitboynecitymichigan.com. The space Outside has a patio area with gas grill, table & chairs as well as a fire pit in the yard. Interior has recently been rehabbed with fresh colors and furnishings. Kitchen is stocked for cooking basic meals including coffee maker, microwave, toaster. Large TV with Blue-ray player and Apple TV. No pets allowed. Guest access The whole place is yours during your stay!
