Private home on quiet Cul de Sac. Our Bed &Breakfast has a distinct French Country flair. Please see Menus on Photos Pages for Breakfasts offered. Jasmine Gardens is our home and we are here for our guests. Past guests have commented on how spa-like and tranquil it is here, and how well they sleep at night. We have 3 friendly rescue dogs who come in at night & 3 rescue cats (outside). This is a quiet and very safe area, at the end of a Cul de Sac, backing up to 30 acres of field and woods. The space Come join us for a true Bed & Breakfast experience. We also offer gourmet and/or romantic dinners for an extra, nominal charge, with dietary restrictions considered. Cost for this amenity is negotiable & the cost for this includes the ingredients needed. An infra-red, one-person cedarwood sauna is available in the workout room on the main level, as well. The guest bathroom has a great soaker tub with handheld shower head, and Epsom salts are always available! We will assume you will stay in the "Studio Suite" downstairs guestroom unless you choose "Tranquility" upstairs guestroom when you book. Please be sure to read the descriptions before you book your room(s). A fire pit is set-up in in the cooler months with comfortable, casual seating. The gardens are inviting, natural and relaxing. As mentioned above, we've prepared gourmet or romantic dinners for a few guests, plus a pretty awesome breakfast on weekends. A Continental breakfast is the norm on weekdays. See the Photos Pages for more info! Guest access We live here so you do share the common areas with us. We offer a true Bed & Breakfast experience, giving access to the house and gardens, restricting only our private rooms. The kitchen includes many excellent features, such as Wolf gas range, full copper sink, dishwasher, and use of the main refrigerator. The downstairs guestroom boasts a smaller fridge for your convenience. The downstairs guest bedroom, "Studio Suite" is off the main living area and the hallway to the guest bath, which it shares with any guests IN YOUR PARTY who may be staying in "Tranquility," the guest room, upstairs. "Studio Suite," the downstairs guest room has access directly to the workout room. There is a sliding barndoor to close off the guest area from the main area for your privacy. "Studio Suite" has two, very comfortable single beds, one upper bed at normal level, and one trundle that pulls out from under and pops up to full height. "Tranquility," the upstairs room has hardwood floors, a very comfortable double bed, and plenty of space. If you're over 5'9" you may have an issue with the ceiling fan! Guests who stay in this room will use the downstairs guest bathroom. During your stay A true Bed & Breakfast experience awaits, with your hosts on site. We socialize frequently with guests and love to entertain. Cheese and wine, chats around the fire pit, hot cocoa at night with marshmallows, etc., and plenty of happy people visiting are all common here. Other things to note We live in a neighborhood, on a Cul-de-Sac. We have been here for 31 years, and it has remained a quiet and safe area. We have some wonderful friends who own businesses that our guests frequent, and those same friends visit here regularly, as well! Of course, we respect our guests' needs, and there are plenty of areas where a guest can claim a piece of the calm and quiet that Jasmine Gardens is known for. In the Spring and Autumn, the smell of our Jasmine is something you will remember for many years and may even help you sleep at night, whether you choose to stay in "Studio Suite" or "Tranquility"!
