Beautiful restored 200 year old sandstone farmhouse on over 6 acres of land. The Green Room has exposed stone walls, hardwood floors, and original milk paint trim. Breakfasts are made from farm raised naturally grown fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheese, and milk. Shared rooms include: living room and TV, dining room, kitchen, and music room (guitars, violin, piano, bass, drums, flutes). Guests may interact with the animals (goats, chickens, cats, and a donkey) provided they are dressed properly! The space When you are here with us, this is your home, too!!! But remember, this is a farmhouse. Each room has it's on private bathroom, but one is on the 1st floor. You may use the kitchen and music room and instruments to make music! You can visit with the animals, watch the butterflies, bees and birds, visit the flower gardens, and/or just sit and ponder! Guest access Shared spaces in the farm house include the music room, sun room, living room and TV services (Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus), kitchen, and dining room. And of course you can wander on 6.5 acres of beautiful land! During your stay We live in the farm house, too! So we are almost always available! To chat, for ideas on what to do, where to go! We will be here for you! Other things to note Many activities are seasonal. Guests are welcomed to help around the farm if they wish! Collect eggs, milk a goat, feed the animals, weed the garden, brush the donkey. To participate in farm activities, guests must wear heavy long pants such as jeans and close-toed shoes. No shorts or flipflops for farm-related activities. We offer classes in pie making, cheese making, and gardening among other things!!!! Just ask us!
