This space is a private room above our garage you will have to climb stairs to access it. The tv does have a air antenna which gives you some local channels and it is already connected to WiFi so you can connect to any streaming provider you may have. The kitchen area has a table with seating for 2, microwave, keurig coffee maker, toaster, fridge, and a sink. All laundry is washed with Lysol laundry sanitizer, free & clear detergent, free & clear fabric softener, and free & clear dryer sheets. The private 3 piece bathroom has a standup shower.
