Welcome to On Peters Creek 1. Within walking distance of Microsoft RedWest, Nintendo, downtown Redmond, we specialize in longer term stays for business, relocations, and other transitions. This unit is one of two AirBnBs in my home, and comfortably accommodates two adults. An additional comfy sleeper sofa can sleep one adult or two children, if needed. Please stay with us and let us know what you liked and didn't like, though we think you will love it! Welcome to my home in Redmond's Grass Lawn Park neighborhood! On Peters Creek 1 is a new, and purpose-built, studio space just for your business travel needs. It is ideal for one or two people, but can sleep four in a pinch. A queen-sized wall bed and a full sized sleeper sofa offer sleeping options. On Peters Creek is within walking distance to Microsoft RedWest and Nintendo, and there are buses only a couple of blocks from here to downtown Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland and Seattle. Marymoor Park, Bridle Trails State Park, and many walking and biking paths are nearby. Everything you need for a business stay is at On Peters Creek. Built on a tiny house theme, where there is literally everything you could need, while maintaining spaciousness, you have your own private entrance, private patio, full-sized laundry, gourmet kitchen, giant TV, high speed ethernet and WiFi, laptop safe, self-check in, your own heating, AC, and hot water supply, divided work area with desk, monitor, printer, and all office supplies, and more. And when you arrive, you will discover the smell of fresh baked bread waiting for you, along with other goodies! We work hard to create a safe and clean place for our guests. There is always a 24 hour gap between guests, and usually 48 hours or more. We wash everything in hot water, including towels, sheets, bedding (including duvet, mattress pad, blankets, etc), and the rug is a Ruggable. It gets washed in hot water and the base gets disinfected. The main bed is a beautiful new queen sized wall bed. We will have it lowered for your arrival, if you like, so you can immediately stretch out. When you want more room, just fold it away. It is easy to raise, but you have to stow the pillows first. Or you can stretch out on the leather sofa or leather recliner to unwind. We have a wonderful family-oriented neighborhood that is very multi-cultural and safe. Additionally, On Peters Creek has a defense-in-depth security system, and a gate that we close at night, though you can come and go as you wish. We have installed special windows that you can leave open at night that are break-in resistant, so you can really relax and unwind in our peaceful home, on Peters Creek. Women traveling for business alone will especially enjoy On Peters Creek for its security and gourmet kitchen! Peters Creek is actually at the back of our property, which is surrounded by 100' tall Douglas Firs and Western Red Cedars. You can hear the creek running if there has been a good rain. (There is no public access to the creek.) If you are a good driver, you should be able to easily go down our driveway and through the gate to park your car right outside your door. It is best to either back down through the gate or pull in head first and turn in the parking area at the main house door, then back down the rest of the way. If you are less confident, there is plenty of on-street parking in our quiet neighborhood. NOTE: It is a good idea to park on the street if you are arriving for the first time in the dark. It's a little tricky. Our hot tub is currently closed due to servicing issue/labor shortages created by the pandemic. Our home gym remains closed due to the ongoing pandemic. If you need more room, please consider our other space, On Peters Creek 2 for Families and Business. Guest access This space is in my home. You have your own fully equipped no-contact private studio apartment with private entrance and private patio. We have reopened our hot tub for guests by appointment, but our home gym remains unavailable due to the ongoing pandemic. Other things to note On Peters Creek features home made bread in the bread machine waiting for your arrival, along with some other goodies, including organic coffee beans, grinder, and a French press. If you come in late, you will be able to find a snack or get breakfast before you head out in the morning. Although you will be responsible for maintaining your accommodations while you are a guest, if you need anything, just let me know. We have about any countertop gourmet appliance you can think of if you want to borrow it, too! Maid service can also be arranged for a fee, if you require it weekly or biweekly. This is the perfect place to land for business travel or moving to the area for work while you find your own new place to live.
