House on 7.22 acres, with woods out back and big front yard. We are midway between Jonesboro and Paragould, 10 min to NEA Baptist hospital, ASU, shops and dining. 5 min to Lake Frierson, 10 min to Lake Walcott. See pics for fish caught in these lakes. Entire house with 3 BR, 2.5 Bath, Den, LR, DR, Kitchen and Mudroom. There is a TV in Master bedroom and LR, wi-fi fiber optic internet 116mb/sec, deck w grill and patio w hot tub. Fire pit out back. Hike, bike, explore. The space Kitchen includes a Kuerig coffee machine, most times there will be some pods and your welcome to use them. But bring your own if you have a favorite brand. We do have a pod that you can put coffee in and there is ground coffee in the house. Abundant wildlife in the area and you can see all the stars at night. Guest access You will have access to the basement: den, mudroom, 2-BRs and full bath 2nd floor: Master BR w full bath, LR, DR, kitchen and 1/2 bath in laundry room. 3rd floor is not accessible but nobody is staying there during your stay. Outdoors: front porch, back deck and a patio below the deck with hot tub. I still use the house occasionally(holidays,etc), when it’s not rented, which is not too often but I do not stay overnight anymore, so there are some personal items in closets, drawers and other places. Some have given a 4/5 review because someone actually lives in the house, thats odd to me since that’s how most folks started in Airbnb, so my disclaimer is stated! And motels and hotels still rent rooms, so you have choices. If your that uptight I prefer you stay elsewhere. We take it easy 'round here. Other things to note Plenty of room to play frisbee, take a hike, if it’s garden season pick some fresh veggies from my garden, dont take all of them, but I usually have plenty to give away. My RV and shop is about 100 yards away and the shop has an apt attached that is occupied by a long term renter.
