There are 2bedrooms , full bath, kitchenette and living room in this lower level apartment 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom is garden level and has a split king that adjusts with remotes. You are welcome to use the upstairs family room, kitchen and laundry room. We want you to feel like this is your home away from home. We do have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs and sometimes have a foster dog! You must walk through our home to access the stairs The space This is a home and our goal is to make you feel right at home. You are welcome to socialize with us and the pups or have your own space. All common areas are free to be used. If you want a kitchen tour ask or just open the cabinets. Feel free to use seasonings. Guest access Kitchen, living room , family room, powder room and of course your 2 bedroom lower level apartment. Weather allowing you may use the deck , grill and front patio. Other things to note I have two small hypoallergenic dogs (under 22pounds) and sometimes babysit others. The lower level space is also available as 2 separate rooms that share the common areas. We also have a single room with private bath on the second floor. We have street parking and sometimes are able to arrange driveway use if we can work around schedules.
