The space We named this listing in honor of my late husband's grandmother who purchased the property in the late 70s for her daughter, his mother and his siblings. She had lived across the street for years and was considered very hospitable to travelers as well as to the locals. The upgrades and renovations made to this historic home didn't remove all the charm and quirks of this small cabin like home. You'll enter the house through a closed-in porch or front room that has a free full size upright arcade game console in it which my husband thought would be a hit with our guests and it is! To get to the living room, you'll go up three historical brick steps. The main and twin bedrooms are adjacent to the left of the living room. The complete kitchen, the third full size bed room and full bathroom are at the back of the house. The back of the house also have a small hallway. You'll park in the yard to the right of the house. You'll notice a large backyard with an unique feature: bamboo trees! Also, enjoy the back deck, and firepit, Again, this is an historic home in the historic district of Milton, Delaware. Milton is a beautiful town that's becoming one of the more desirable towns in the area. Close to the beaches, but still allows you to have a peaceful day if needed. Guest access This is a small 6 rooms single family home with a front room or closed- in porch and all of it is available for guests to enjoy. It does have an attic that is locked and closed off as well as two other storage closets that are also locked. The attic door and storage closets are in the living room. The home also have an original fireplace in the living room that is currently not being used.
