The space The studio is an open room with its own separate bathroom. A door is locked between the studio and the rest of the house. The unit is equipped with a couch, Murphy bed, and mini kitchen with a small sink, large toaster oven, electric fry pans, microwave, coffee maker, plug-in kettle for hot water, ricemaker, etc. Guest access You come in through the garage. Follow the carpet & you'll see your own entrance. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard and neighborhood walks. Please stay on the roads to respect the neighbor's properties. There is very little traffic in our secluded neighborhood, so walks are wonderful and relaxing to enjoy. Other things to note Guest are welcome to use the washing machine & dryer that are in the garage.
