Welcome to our home: PLEASE NOTE: HOME UGA FOOTBALL GAMES REQUIRE 2 NIGHT STAY. Guests have approximate 1200 sq ft. to relax in. Being as our guests are adults we ask that there are no parties. Our home is warm and accommodating. As much as we love our children and grandchildren, we are not set up to host guests younger than 12. PLEASE NOTE: IF ANY UNEXPECTED VISITOR SPENDS THE NIGHT, GUEST WILL BE ASSESSED $25 PER PERSON. The space Guests have entire (mostly day light) ground level basement. Private entrance with plenty of parking. Wifi/internet, TV, coffee maker, microweave and a small refrigerator are also available. Other things to note Living on a corner allows us to have a circular driveway with two separate entrances. Plus an additional driveway down to the airbnb door. If we are not able to meet our guest, it is best to come in by the mailbox entrance and follow the driveway around to the back of the house. There is plenty of space to turn around and head out to the main street without backing out.
