The space My home is situated in a newly built townhome community. The private guest room you are booking offers a comfortable queen sized bed with a smart 42 inch TV, spacious closet and shared bathroom. Shared areas within the home include (indoors) a fully equipped kitchen with snacks and coffee, an extremely open and relaxing living room where you can engage in board games, card games, book reading or TV binging for entertainment. A laundry room conveniently available for guests to wash their clothes. (Outside)There is a private covered patio where you are welcome to grill out and a community fire pit area. Guest access The community has two entrances/exits. All guests have private parking during their stay on the premises or within the community. Guests will be able to access the home and their room through keyless entry and with a personal code disclosed prior to arrival. During your stay I am not always physically available because I work a full time 9-5 during the weekday. Weekends I am a lot more visible but you can always reach me through the Airbnb messaging app or text if necessary whenever you need assistance or have questions. I will be quick in my response. If it’s nothing pressing, I can be accessed when you see me in the home at anytime.
