The neighborhood is fairly quiet and great for walking and riding bikes. There are trails nearby that lead down to the waterfront and several parks. Other things to note This cozy little garden studio is attached to our main residence. We have two small children and the driveway is shared so we will probably see each other while coming and going. There are also chickens on the property (who sometimes free-range), but they are friendly and not very noisy. And our dog, who is also very friendly and quiet.
