The house is three blocks from Miramar Beach and the Coastal Bike and Hiking Trail on the west side (oceanside) of highway 1. Miramar Beach is 2 miles north of downtown Half Moon Bay. There are a few restaurants and cafes within walking distance. San Francisco is 45 minutes away. SFO is 35 minutes away. Bus stop is a block away. The space This is a two bedroom apartment with a lovely kitchen with granite countertop that is part of the living room with a gas fireplace heater. One private bathroom with tiled shower, the place is decorated with all original abstract and impressionist paintings by Donny Morris Anderson. There is a full size refrigerator with a apartment size dishwasher for clean up. Coffee, tea and cream, sugar, honey provided for your stay! Condiments avail for cooking. Portable oil filled radiator style heaters in bedrooms, gas fireplace heater for living room and kitchen. There is the Queen's room and the Beach Room one with a firm mattress and the other is medium on the softer side both with queen size beds. Guest access This is a private two bedroom apartment, with the access from the front driveway to the backyard via a gravel pathway to the locking sliding glass door. The bathroom has a tiled shower, toilet and sink. Towels, and linens, shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, hair dryer provided. I will provide coffee and teas, sugar and honey, olive oil and a few spices for cooking are available. Parking is available in the driveway, left side please. There is a small patio off your entrance to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. There is another apartment upstairs. Other things to note This is the lower floor of a two story home, there are no stairs involved. You will be accessing the space from the backyard, with a gravel pathway. We have one backyard chicken, which a caretaker comes to feed, once a day. Wifi directions are located on the fireplace mantel! Gas fireplace directions also!
